The North Glaciers 02 mission requires clear weather conditions over much of North Greenland, and we sure hit the weather jackpot today! Except for a brief fog/low cloud section near Camp Century (and Thule a the end of the mission preventing a calibration ramp pass), clear blue skies were overhead today. All OIB instruments reported good data collection again today.
We’ll hope to get good weather again tomorrow to close out another great OIB week of research flights.
