OIB ATM sitrep 4/6/18 am

OIB will give the ‘Sea Ice Laxon Line”* a second try today, as we plan to collect science data and move our base of OIB operations to Fairbanks Alaska for a few days.

*Dedicated to the memory of Seymour Laxon. Seymour worked at the Centre for Polar Observation and Modeling at University College London (UCL) and passed away in January 2013.
