Today we flew the high priority “ICESat-2 South” mission with excellent weather conditions no areas of interference from clouds or fog. The majority of the lines were over the icecap, so there wasn’t much scenery to speak of aside from the extreme southern portions of the lines.
Tomorrow we are planning another flight as the weather seems to be cooperating. If we’re lucky enough we’ll be flying in the Jakobshavn area to measure another high priority site that has up until now had less than ideal weather.
